Its setup fee depends on how you pay: none on the yearly plan, $299 one-off on the monthly one, despite marketing copy that says "$0 setup fee: live and answering calls in about an hour." Warm transfer to a real person, appointment booking, the visual workflow builder, cross-call memory, transcripts, concurrent call handling, an unlimited knowledge base and premium voice are on every plan, and the vendor says so outright: "No premium tier. No add-on fees." (It also says "No setup surcharge", which holds only on the yearly plan.) The tier buys minutes and nothing else.
One trap is worth knowing before you visit: its pricing page defaults to annual billing, so the first figure a visitor sees is not the monthly rate. The prices here are the true monthly ones, read with the toggle switched over.
