Dialzara publishes what most of this category does not: an overage rate on every rung, minutes tracked to the second with partial minutes not rounded up, and what happens at the boundary. Its own FAQ: "We'll email you when your AI receptionist has 15 minutes left... If it hits zero, callers go straight to voicemail."
The phone number is charged separately, which its own pricing card contradicts by listing the number as included. Warm transfers, after-hours escalation, bilingual English and Spanish and calendar sync all need the second plan; blind transfers are on every plan.
